Worldwide Flight Services is hiring an Agent Cargo in Miami, FL to support cargo operations. You will handle data entry, prepare flight documents, interface with U.S. Customs, and manage import/export paperwork while ensuring compliance with DOT regulations.

The role involves customer interaction to quote prices and terms, and arranging delivery as per schedules. Responsibilities include moving cargo up to 70 lbs, maintaining security, and working rotating shifts including weekends.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma, GED or Equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and Port Authority or Airport Authority permit to use ramp side service roads.
• Must be at least 18 years of age if position requires driving cargo handling equipment.
• Ability to work rotating shifts including weekends, holidays and days off.

Responsibilities

• Data entry and preparing all flight documents.
• Interfaces with U.S. Customs and prepares import/export documentation.
• Solicits orders or talks with customers to complete sales and quotes terms.
• Moves cargo up to 70 lbs and ensures compliance with security procedures.
