Tenax Aerospace’s Air Attack team is seeking a highly qualified King Air pilot to serve as PIC on special missions across the United States. You will execute aerial firefighting tasks, lead mission briefings, and ensure compliance with FAA regulations and company procedures.

The role requires substantial King Air experience, instrument flight proficiency, and willingness to travel extensively. A robust safety mindset and collaboration with interagency partners are essential.

Formación

• FAA Commercial Multi-Engine Pilot Certificate with Instrument Rating.
• 2,000+ hours PIC experience requested, 3,000 hours total time.
• Minimum 25 hours King Air B200/350 experience.
• 50 hours IFR, 75 hours instrument (actual or simulated), 200 hours night PIC.
• 500 hours cross-country flight time.
• Valid driver’s license; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; willingness to travel across the Continental U.S.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as PIC for special mission operations using King Air aircraft.
• Conduct single-pilot missions in King Air B200; perform King Air 350 single-pilot ops when qualified.
• Execute aerial firefighting (Air Attack) missions per FAA regs and company procedures.
• Complete pre- and post-flight inspections, mission briefings, and documentation.
• Coordinate with technical operators and mission crews for safe, efficient outcomes.
• Support scheduling, fueling, and Safety Management System activities.
