Job summary

Metro Aviation, Inc. is seeking a Fixed Wing Air Ambulance Pilot (IFR/PIC) (PC12) in Council Bluffs, Iowa at the Children’s Nebraska Program. The role offers a $2,000 sign-on bonus, a $5,000 retention bonus, and a $5,000 hardship stipend, with a minimum base annual salary of $129K.

The Pilot-in-Command will be responsible for all phases of flight operations, ensure safety, and maintain professional relationships with clients and co-workers. Full-time with benefits incl.

Qualifications

• Total Time = 2,500 hours
• PIC Time = 1,000 hours
• Total Time in Type = 50 hours
• Cross Country Time = 500 hours
• Night Flight Time = 100 hours
• Instrument Time = 75 hours

Responsibilities

• Directly responsible for operation of the assigned aircraft at all times
• Perform duties professionally with customers and co-workers
• Maintain work/training schedule and be prepared for extra duty shifts
• Attend meetings as required
• Comply with all manuals, regulations, and directives
• Perform pre-flight inspection and airworthiness maintenance as needed
• Maintain cleanliness of aircraft interior/exterior
