Job summary

A defense contractor is seeking a qualified individual to serve as a subject matter expert for the Air Advisor Instructor Certification Course. The position requires a Master’s degree and military advisory experience. Responsibilities include instructing on security cooperation concepts and instructor development. Candidates must be able to maintain a Secret security clearance, with potential OCONUS travel required for training assignments. This full-time position is located in New Jersey.

Qualifications

• Must have deployed as a MSAS Mission Commander/Team Sergeant or equivalent.
• Must obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
• Completion of Air Command and Staff College or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide instruction on security cooperation concepts and authority relationships.
• Evaluate student lesson plans and instructor delivery skills.
• Develop and manage course curriculum and scheduling.
