Job summary

A defense contractor in New Jersey seeks an AIR ADVISOR INSTRUCTION/MOBILITY SUPPORT ADVISOR to serve as an instructor and subject matter expert. The role requires a Master's degree, U.S. Citizenship, and the ability to maintain a Secret Clearance. Responsibilities include delivering instruction in security cooperation concepts and developing course curriculum. The ideal candidate will have military advisory experience. This is a full-time position with 10% travel requirements.

Qualifications

• Ability to obtain/maintain Secret Clearance.
• U.S. Citizenship/Residency required.
• Must possess a valid passport and driver’s license.
• Have deployed as a Military Advisor or in a similar role.
• Completed Air Command and Staff College or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide instruction and evaluations on security cooperation concepts.
• Develop and manage respective area curriculum and courseware.
• Assist and teach lessons in other disciplines as needed.
• Conduct student evaluations as required.
