Job summary

Acme Construction Supply Co. seeks an AIMS Fulfillment Specialist to support inventory fulfillment, delivery, and onsite support across multiple job sites.

You will ensure accurate product handling, timely replenishment, and a high level of customer service while collaborating with AIMS Specialists and the Outside Sales team. Responsibilities include picking, staging, delivering, and replenishing inventory, maintaining accurate stock locations, and entering data in Innovo.

Responsibilities

• Execute AIMS fulfillment activities including picking, staging, delivering, and replenishing inventory at customer job sites and field locations.
• Set up, maintain, and organize AIMS box locations and inventory areas to ensure accuracy, accessibility, and efficiency.
• Accurately enter and manage inventory and order activity within systems such as Innovo (Stockroom App), ensuring attention to detail and data integrity.
• Coordinate daily service and delivery schedules in partnership with Branch and Warehouse leadership to ensure timely and efficient operations.
• Safely operate Company vehicles, including CMVs, to transport and deliver materials to job sites and customer locations; maintain a valid driver’s license and DOT compliance.
• Follow all Company driving policies and procedures, including telematics systems and safe driving practices.
• Adhere to safety policies and site requirements, including PPE usage and safety protocols.
• Communicate effectively with customers, providing updates on deliveries and addressing inquiries.
• Proactively identify and communicate inventory discrepancies and service concerns for timely resolution.
• Support AIMS Specialists and Outside Sales by ensuring accurate service execution and maintaining customer relationships.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment across vehicles, job sites, and inventory locations.
• Assist with general warehouse operations and participate in training to build product knowledge and system proficiency.

Hourly Rate:

$22.00 - $24.00 + Monthly Incentive Bonus After 90 Days

Monday - Friday 7:00am - 4:00pm

Summary:

The Acme Inventory Management System (AIMS) Fulfillment Specialist supports the execution and delivery of AIMS services through inventory fulfillment, deliver, and onsite support. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate product handling, timely replenishment, and a high level of customer service while working closely with AIMS Specialists and the Outside Sales team. The AIMS Fulfillment Specialist plays a critical role in maintaining organized, efficient inventory environments and delivering a consistent customer experience across job sites and field locations.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Execute AIMS fulfillment activities including picking, staging, delivering, and replenishing inventory at customer job sites and field locations
• Set up, maintain, and organize AIMS box locations and inventory areas to ensure accuracy, accessibility, and efficiency
• Accurately enter and manage inventory and order activity within systems such as Innovo (Stockroom App), ensuring attention to detail and data integrity
• Coordinate daily service and delivery schedules in partnership with Branch and Warehouse leadership to ensure timely and efficient operations
• Safely operate Company vehicles, including commercial motor vehicles (CMVs), to transport and deliver materials to job sites and customer locations; maintain a valid driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and compliance with Company insurance and DOT requirements (including eligibility for a DOT Medical Card)
• Follow all Company driving policies and procedures, including operation of telematics systems (e.g., Samsara), maintaining a satisfactory Driver Safety Rating, and adhering to safe driving practices in all conditions (weather, urban, and job site environments)
• Adhere to all Company safety policies and job site requirements, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and compliance with site-specific safety protocols
• Communicate effectively with customers, providing updates on deliveries, addressing basic inquiries, and escalating issues or concerns to the AIMS Specialist or Outside Sales Representative as appropriate
• Proactively identify and communicate inventory discrepancies, stock issues, or service concerns to ensure timely resolution and maintain customer satisfaction
• Support AIMS Specialists and the Outside Sales team by ensuring accurate execution of service, identifying potential needs in the field, and maintaining strong working relationships with customers
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment across vehicles, job sites, and inventory locations
• Assist with general warehouse operations as needed, including material handling, loading/unloading, and other operational support activities
• Participate in training and development opportunities to build product knowledge, system proficiency, and understanding of AIMS processes and services.

Qualifications

Experience

• Delivery driving, warehouse operations, or customer service preferred.

• Ability to safely operate a commercial motor vehicle and meet Company driving and insurance requirements
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams.
• Ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and work independently in a field-based environment.
• Basic computer and system proficiency (Innovo, mobile applications, etc.) preferred.

Physical Requirements

• The employee is regularly required to sit; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel a computer mouse or other computer equipment; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear; use hands and arms to reach for, grasp and manipulate objects;
• The employee is occasionally required to stand; climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl;
• May be required to move or traverse considerable distances in the facility during the course of a workday.
• Must have the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. to a height of 3-4 feet and load product into trucks;
• Must be able to remain in a stationary position for an extended period of time;
• Ability to ascend/descend a ladder to pull or put away product from shelving and racking;
• Ability to safely operate a dolly, pallet jack and/or forklift in loading and unloading supplies.
• Ability to work in environments requiring the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and adherence to job site safety requirements.
• Ability to safely operate a commercial motor vehicle, maintain a valid driver’s license and meet Company insurance and DOT Medical Card requirements.
