We are looking for a dedicated support team member that can assist with fixing connection problems, troubleshooting hardware issues, and communicating with front line staff to ensure they have no technical issues.
Responsibilities:
Be available on Slack from 6:30 pm IST to 3:30 am IST, Monday to Friday.
Also able to Zoom call with employees, communicating both in Slack and Zoom with audio as required.
You will be reporting directly to the Manager of Technology, maintaining an interaction log detailing issues and actions taken to resolve and escalate issues as required.
