Job description

AIMLEAP is Hiring:
IT Admin Desktop Support Engineer L1: Shift Time 6:30 pm to 3:30 am IST (Canada Shift)

1 to 6 Year Experience

Location: Work from Home, Bangalore, India

No of positions: 2 Nos

Industry: Information Technology

CTC: 2.5 Lacs to 4 Lacs INR

English Language: Excellent

We are looking for a dedicated support team member that can assist with fixing connection problems, troubleshooting hardware issues, and communicating with front line staff to ensure they have no technical issues.

Responsibilities:

  • Be the main point of contact for internal IT support.
  • Troubleshooting basic issues for online systems.
  • Assist the operations team with ensuring all technical issues are resolved quickly and efficiently.
  • Communicate effectively with internal staff to resolve issues.
  • Support on Zoom and provide remote technical support.
  • Maintain a technical Support Log of all interactions.
  • Well versed in Windows & Mac Operating Systems (old and new versions).
  • Knowledge of features and functions of the Chrome Browser.
  • Guide agents in following troubleshooting steps.
  • Innovate new strategies and ideas for solving issues.
  • Experience with online audio/connectivity/bandwidth issues.
  • Experience troubleshooting hardware such as computers, routers, WiFi, etc. remotely.
  • Ability to multitask with many people at the same time.

Be available on Slack from 6:30 pm IST to 3:30 am IST, Monday to Friday.

Also able to Zoom call with employees, communicating both in Slack and Zoom with audio as required.

You will be reporting directly to the Manager of Technology, maintaining an interaction log detailing issues and actions taken to resolve and escalate issues as required.
