We are looking for an A/B experimentation engineering leader to help design and build the next generation of online evaluation platform. You’ll work with the teams and technical leaders at the heart of Apple, building cutting‑edge customer experiences. Working at the intersection of data, product, and A/B testing, you’ll drive the culture of experimentation throughout Apple. With your expert technical skills, you’ll set technical strategy for the platform, stay connected to the details, and build the scalable system that drives better features, better software, and better products for billions of customers.
As a leader and experimentation expert, you will build and execute a multi-year strategy to design and build the best‑in‑class online experimentation system at Apple. Collaborating closely with partners across the company, you will define the technical vision, grow a high‑performing team, and deliver infrastructure that lets scores of teams run rigorous experiments at scale, driving improvements in some of the most used features and software worldwide.
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $201,300 and $367,400, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple’s Employee Stock Purchase Plan. You’ll also receive benefits including: Comprehensive medical and dental coverage, retirement benefits, a range of discounted products and free services, and for formal education related to advancing your career at Apple, reimbursement for certain educational expenses — including tuition. Additionally, this role might be eligible for discretionary bonuses or commission payments as well as relocation.
