Apple’s AIML Data Operations group is seeking an Internal Communications Program Manager to enhance awareness and engagement across our global data teams and organizational initiatives. Description

As a vital member of our AIML Data Operations communications team, you will explore innovative ways to engage Apple employees in this rapidly expanding area. You will craft compelling stories, select appropriate formats, amplify messages across channels, and identify new communication avenues. The role demands strong project management, superb writing, content strategy skills, and organizational awareness to spot storytelling opportunities. You will also develop systems to improve efficiency, communicate clearly with stakeholders, and foster a vibrant, inclusive culture within a diverse global workforce. Creativity and high-quality output are essential.

Minimum Qualifications
  • At least 8 years of experience in developing and executing internal communication and engagement strategies, including large employee meetings and multi-channel content creation.
  • Experience in a disruptive tech environment or an events/communications agency.
  • Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects for global audiences.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Passion for storytelling that drives engagement.
  • Strategic thinking and the ability to connect broader narratives with proof points.
  • Strong collaboration skills, proactive attitude, and flexibility to influence at all levels.
  • Exceptional project management skills, capable of handling multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Self-motivation, prioritization, and adaptability in a fast-changing environment.

  • Experience working with senior leadership, creating inspiring presentations and communication materials.
  • Proficiency in Keynote, Numbers, Pages, Slack, Quip, and project management tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in communications, marketing, PR, or related fields.
