The Aide – SPED Essential Elements supports instruction for students with severe disabilities by assisting classroom teachers, implementing IEPs, and monitoring student health and behavior under supervision.
Responsibilities include adapting activities, assisting with daily living tasks, ensuring safety, recording progress, attending meetings, and supporting goals outlined in IEPs; requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Part-time, ~20 hours/week, non-exempt.

Works under direct supervision using standardized procedures to support instruction and provide assistance to students with significant disabilities.
Work is performed primarily in classroom environments and may require physical assistance for students, including lifting, mobility support, and personal care tasks.
Job-related experience is required.
