Job summary

Franz Elementary in Katy, Texas is seeking an PK/Bilingual Aide to support instructional staff and students under the direction of the classroom teacher. This role involves assisting with lessons, preparing materials, managing records, and supervising small groups.

• Assist in teaching/learning with individuals and small groups to reinforce skills.
• Attend professional meetings as required.
• Assist in administering and scoring objective assessment instruments.
• Maintain flexibility in performing duties.
• Establish and maintain positive working relationships.
• Supervise individual and small group activities as directed.

• Ability to place district goals above personal goals.
• Ability to establish and maintain a positive working relationship with others.

Working Conditions:
