A Day in the Life

The Cranial and Spinal Technologies (CST) team is redefining procedures to improve patient outcomes. The Solutions Consulting Specialist will join the UNiD Consulting Team, supporting the implementation and support of Aible Clinic technologies, including the UNiD platform and patient-specific implants.

Responsibilities
  1. Onboarding Customers: Guide users through product adoption, understand customer needs, act as regional expert, build relationships, and ensure seamless implementation.
  2. Increasing Utilization: Identify bottlenecks, promote integration of technologies, set long-term goals, lead IT connectivity solutions, ensure compliance, and solve complex problems.
  3. Operational Initiatives: Lead projects, prioritize visits and conferences, participate in professional development, collaborate on product support, and maintain communication with stakeholders.
Requirements

Must Have: Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of experience (or 0+ years with an advanced degree).

Nice to Have: Experience with Medtronic or in a medical setting, change management, cross-functional communication, data analysis tools, IT integration, and remote team collaboration.

Additional Details

Travel is expected 75% of the time. Must attend surgeries and cadaver labs. Physical job requirements include mobility, interaction with computers, and communication.
