You will guide a distributed team of developers, content authors, and QA specialists while ensuring compliance with accessibility and regulatory standards and enabling headless CMS and API integrations.

Qualifications

• Requires leadership of delivery teams across global markets.
• Experience with AEM platforms, content workflows, and cloud services.
• Strong Python/AI/ML tooling and prompt engineering skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of AEM-based websites across global markets.
• Define and enforce delivery standards including intake workflows, QA, and go-live readiness.
• Mentor a distributed team of developers, content authors, and QA specialists.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, accessibility, cookie consent, and governance requirements.
