You’ll split time between lab experiments and live customer applications, optimizing camera setups, evaluating optics, and building proofs of concept that directly inform deployments.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years in machine vision or related field.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of cameras, optics, lighting, and image acquisition.
• Familiarity with lens types including telecentric lenses.
• Experience with AI-based vision and model training is a plus.
• Able to document findings clearly and communicate them effectively.

Responsibilities

• Lab testing with cameras, lenses, lighting, and hardware.
• Build and evaluate vision configurations for customer applications.
• Produce clear technical test reports.
• Evaluate new components and technologies for deployments.
• Provide field support, testing, troubleshooting, and deployment assistance.
• Work on AI vision workflow: data labeling, training, and model evaluation.
• Create internal test setups and documentation for the team.
• Labs-to-factory projects including optical/hardware evaluations.
