Paired is seeking a remote Video Editor to lead AI-driven production for paid social campaigns. You will own the end‑to‑end creation of AI footage, crafting compelling A-roll and B-roll that resonates on Meta and TikTok while maintaining brand integrity.

Ideal candidates bring deep experience with Meta direct response creatives, a passion for AI generation, and the ability to push hard edits to deliver standout ads for a fast-growing DTC brand.

Formación

• Extensive proven experience editing Meta direct response creatives for paid ads.
• Strong ability to craft visuals and pacing that drive engagement.
• Comfort with rapid iteration and evaluating performance data.

Responsabilidades

• Create 15–20 AI videos per week with focus on quality and on-brand output.
• Own the generation of AI footage from concept to final cut.
• Independently produce realistic AI A-roll and B-roll using tools like Google Flow, Runway, Veo.
• Write and refine prompts to control output quality and realism.
• Employ AI-powered editing to speed up production while preserving brand voice.
• Optimize hooks, pacing, and storytelling for Meta and TikTok ads.
• Track performance feedback and adjust creative accordingly.
• Deliver polished assets within tight turnaround times.

The Client

Is a fast-growing DTC cordless power tool brand generating approximately $1M+ in monthly revenue with an 8-figure run rate. They're a profitable, founder- and product-led company with a small, highly capable remote team across the US, UK, China, and the Philippines.

Their product team includes engineers with backgrounds at Dyson, and we have multiple new product and brand launches planned as we continue to scale.

Day-to-day

• AI video generation and editing, around 15-20 a week, but the main priority is always quality!


• The candidate must own the creation of AI footage, not just assemble it.


• Generate realistic AI A-roll and B-roll independently using tools like Google Flow, Runway, Veo, or similar


• Write and refine prompts to control output quality until assets are realistic and usable


• Use AI-powered editing/creative tools to speed up production
  
• Optimize video flow, hooks, cadence, and pacing for paid social (Meta/TikTok)


• Track performance feedback and adjust creative accordingly


• Deliver polished, on-brand assets within tight turnaround times

• Heavily experienced in editing Meta direct response creatives - we need someone who’s cut a lot of paid ads, not general video or reels


• Obsessed with AI generation and not afraid of hard editing tasks - the type who does what others say is impossible, and does it better


• Can produce realistic AI video of any kind - not just talking heads: product in action, physics, mixed real+AI footage. Our product is not an easy one to generate, so this matters


• Lives and breathes DTC - understands why an ad works, not just how to cut it

Nice-to-haves

• \"Feels\" copy and comes up with cool ideas on how to reinforce it with visuals


• Works or worked with known ecom brands - ideally on products similar to ours (hardware/physical products, 45-65+ audience)

• USD compensation, flexible for outstanding talent
