Job summary

Askdodo is seeking a creator who makes AI video content weekly, doubles as product voice, and drives social growth. You will produce AI videos and images, develop templates and workflows, and craft content that scales across platforms while aligning with product feedback.

We expect a portfolio of recent AI video work, a track record of high engagement, and a strong eye for hooks, pacing, and thumbnails. This is a full-time/on-site role in California.

Qualifications

A portfolio of AI video you made.
A track record of high-view posts.
An instinct for hooks, thumbnails, and the first 2 seconds.
Hands-on fluency across the stack, including ComfyUI, Kling, Runway, Hailuo, Veo, Wan and Flux.
LoRA training experience and keeping a look consistent across shots.
Strong sense of camera language, pacing, and art direction.
Bias for iteration and willingness to try a hundred takes.
Clear communication with engineers.
No degree required.

Responsibilities

Produce AI videos, shorts, and series in-house.
Build repeatable workflows and templates for shoots.
Concept and ship viral-first video and image posts across platforms.
Post across X, TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Rednote.
Read analytics and iterate to improve engagement.
Feed viral insights back into product development.
