You will stay current on generative video models, refine prompts, and combine AI footage with traditional editing to deliver polished assets. Collaboration with the Creative Director will bring ad concepts to life at startup speed.

Qualifications

• 1+ years creating AI video content with a portfolio to prove it.
• Active AI creator with audience on social platforms (TikTok/YouTube/Instagram/X) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality AI video content for client campaigns, internal projects, and platform demos—concept to final cut.
• Maintain deep expertise across generative video models and know each model’s strengths and limits.
• Develop prompting techniques and multi-step pipelines for usable results.
• Combine AI footage with traditional editing to deliver polished assets.
• Experiment with new models, benchmark outputs, and build prompt libraries for the team.
• Collaborate with the Creative Director and production team to bring ad concepts to life quickly.
