Role Objective:

We’re seeking a skilled Video Editor who’s excited about storytelling and isn’t afraid to dive into the world of AI-powered post-production. You’ll work on-site in our Knoxville office, helping craft video content for campaigns, internal communications, and social media—while leveraging the latest in software and generative tech to move fast and innovate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Edit and assemble high-quality video content from raw footage to final output.
• Use AI-driven tools (e.g., Runway ML, Descript) for transcription, voiceovers, object removal, and enhancements.
• Collaborate with producers, writers, and graphic designers to bring video projects to life.
• Handle audio sweetening, color correction, and visual effects as needed.
• Deliver assets optimized for web, mobile, and social channels.
• Organize and maintain video assets and project files.
• Assist with ideation and creative direction for new content initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years of professional video editing experience.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and/or DaVinci Resolve.
• Experience using AI tools like Runway ML, Descript, Pictory, or similar.
• Understanding of basic audio mixing, color grading, and motion design.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating editing skills and creative vision.
• Must be based in or near Knoxville, TN

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with motion graphics, animation, or 3D tools.
• Familiarity with generative AI platforms (e.g., Midjourney, Sora, Pika Labs).
• Background in media production, marketing, or digital storytelling.
• Previous work on branded content, social videos, or product explainers.

Technical Skills:

• Project management via Frame.io, Notion, or Trello
• Google Workspace or Microsoft 365

Soft Skills:

• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
• Problem-solver with a self-starting attitude
• Communicates clearly and collaborates well with both creative and technical teams
• Comfortable with feedback and fast-paced iteration
