You'll evaluate AI design work across user flows, layout, and visual hierarchy, and document why certain choices fail users, delivering actionable feedback to improve future models.

Qualifications

• Professional experience in product, UX, or visual design with a portfolio.
• Sharp eye for usability, hierarchy, typography, and accessibility.
• Clear written English: explanations are the training signal.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI design work across user flows, layout, and visual hierarchy.
• Catch failures under the polish: clumsy flows and accessibility issues.
• Write a stronger critique with design rationale when the model falls short.
