Job summary

Consolidated Edison Company of New York is seeking a Use Case Solutions Manager to lead a high-performing team delivering AI-based solutions across energy efficiency and e-mobility initiatives. You will oversee the full SDLC, drive architecture standards, and enable secure, scalable AI capabilities for enterprise customers and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and implementing enterprise APIs, integrations, and cloud-native solutions.
• Knowledge of AI/ML platforms, agent frameworks, orchestration patterns, and enterprise AI architectures.
• Experience with environment management, release management, code versioning, deployment methodologies.
• Experience in full lifecycle enterprise software projects.
• Experience leading development teams and managing architecture standards and roadmaps.
• Experience with APIs and Web Services (REST/SOAP/Bulk).
• Cloud certifications and/or AI-related certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI platform engineering delivery and oversee enterprise AI lifecycle.
• Develop integration capabilities across enterprise apps, data platforms, cloud services, and business systems.
• Advance AI innovation with Azure AI Foundry, Vertex AI, LLMs, Generative AI and enterprise systems.
• Govern reference architectures, templates, and implementation guidance for cross-cloud AI solutions.
• Define SLAs, platform health metrics, reliability objectives, and operational performance indicators.
• Collaborate with business leaders, engineering teams, SRE, cybersecurity, vendors, and partners.
• Direct planning, execution, and deployment of AI and automation initiatives from ideation to support.
• Ensure compliant with corporate AI governance and security standards.
