Qualifications

• Professional teaching or tutoring experience required.
• Hands-on teaching or tutoring experience preferred.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Participate in realistic one-on-one tutoring and educational conversations with other project participants.
• Model common tutoring scenarios, including explaining concepts, answering questions, guiding learners, and providing academic support.
• Deliver clear, accurate, helpful explanations tailored to each learner's needs and level of understanding.
• Use effective teaching techniques, active listening, thoughtful questioning, and student-engagement practices.
• Adapt communication and teaching approach based on learner needs, understanding, and progress.
• Provide constructive feedback and guidance in a supportive, professional manner.
• Follow project guidelines so conversations remain natural and representative of authentic tutoring interactions.
