Job summary

Sia, a global strategy and management consulting group, seeks an AI Transformation Manager to join the ETI practice and help energy, transportation, and industrial clients adopt AI at scale. You will shape strategy, roadmaps, and change management without writing production code.

You'll work with executives and operating leaders to translate AI capability into business value, lead multi-stakeholder workshops, and drive governance, KPIs, and adoption across client organizations.

Qualifications

• 6–10+ years in management consulting, business transformation, or digital transformation.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional programs from strategy through implementation.
• Proven ability to identify process improvement opportunities and drive change.
• Working knowledge of Generative AI, AI agents, copilots, automation platforms (not required to build).
• Strong experience partnering with both business and technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI Transformation Strategy: partner with executives to identify AI value and build roadmaps.
• Drive Delivery & Change Management: oversee end-to-end AI-enabled transformation with multiple workstreams.
• Evaluate & Guide AI Tool Adoption: stay current on AI tools and advise clients on practical enterprise use.
• Business Process Improvement: analyze workflows and design AI-enabled improvements.
