The AI Transformation Specialist is a strategic, hands‑on role focused on re‑engineering how work gets done across the Global Investor Engagement Organization by combining process excellence, automation, and applied AI expertise. This role sits at the intersection of business operations, AI tools, data, and execution, with a mandate to identify inefficiencies, redesign workflows, and deploy AI‑enabled solutions that materially increase productivity, scalability, and decision quality across a client‑facing organization at a large asset manager. Partnering closely with the COO of Business Strategy & Development, Investor Engagement leadership, and technology partners, this role acts as both process architect and AI practitioner—moving beyond ideas and pilots to real‑world automation and sustained adoption. The ideal candidate is intellectually curious, deeply practical, and energized by taking manual processes and transforming them into scalable, AI‑powered ways of working.
