• Experience leveraging generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and agentic automation to transform enterprise business workflows and support operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the evolution of globally distributed vendor networks and offshore delivery centers into high-velocity, automated support engines.
• Partner with internal Google Cloud Engineering, QA, and Support teams to co-create and embed agentic AI modules, including AI-Assisted Case Review, Autonomous Support Agents, and RAG-grounded diagnostic tools.
• Design and implement governance and quality frameworks, shifting from contract management to outcome-based performance metrics.
• Act as a strategic leader and technical advisor for vendor strategy, addressing execution gaps and increasing partnership maturity.
• Drive outcomes focused on operational efficiency, tokenization, automation via Gemini Enterprise, and measurable business impact.
