The role will collaborate with IT, Finance, HR, Legal, and Procurement to identify opportunities, develop use cases, and drive projects from concept through implementation and adoption. The ideal candidate translates business needs into practical AI initiatives, builds stakeholder buy-in, and manages projects end-to-end with a focus on governance, risk, and responsible AI practices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management, program management, business transformation, technology, or related experience.
• Experience leading technology or AI initiatives involving multiple business functions and stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of AI, generative AI, automation, and emerging enterprise AI technologies.
• Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into technology initiatives and actionable project plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI initiatives from idea through implementation, adoption, and ongoing improvement.
• Partner with business leaders to identify opportunities where AI can improve productivity and reduce costs.
• Build support among executives, business leaders, and technology teams.
• Translate business challenges into actionable AI use cases and implementation plans.
• Develop and execute AI training and change-management programs to increase adoption.
• Coordinate AI initiatives across IT, Finance, HR, Legal, Procurement, and other functions.
• Estimate value and feasibility of AI use cases and prioritize accordingly.
• Collaborate with Security, Risk, Legal, Compliance on governance and privacy.
