Melior is seeking an AI Program Manager to lead client engagements end-to-end, owning strategy, adoption, and measurable impact of AI transformations. You’ll collaborate with executives to drive ROI, policy, and roadmap decisions, while guiding training and change management initiatives across client organizations.

This hybrid Philadelphia role allows remote work for the right candidate, with a target salary of $90,000–$130,000 per year.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in client-facing roles (consulting, account management, agency services, or solutions).
• Experience running exec-level meetings and multi-stakeholder relationships.
• Active interest in generative AI and practical applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements end-to-end and own adoption strategy.
• Manage executive relationships, run QBRs, and report ROI impact.
• Scope AI workflow opportunities and align with engineering builds.
• Test, refine, and measure AI solutions with clients to drive outcomes.
• Lead AI training and upskilling programs across the organization.
• Drive change management and ensure adoption sticks across the client’s org.
