Job summary

Mammoth Brands is seeking a Director of Technology, AI Transformation to own the technical strategy and execution for its AI initiatives. You will lead a team of engineers, shape architecture, and drive scalable, secure AI workflows across the organization.

You will partner with data, security, and legal teams to ensure governance and responsible AI practices while delivering measurable business impact and strategic roadmaps for the company’s AI portfolio.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of software eng, AI, or platform leadership experience.
• Deep, current fluency in modern AI concepts (LLMs, agents, evals, MCP).
• Shipped real AI systems into production at scale and know failure points.
• Led technical organizations through fast-moving environments with impact.
• Strong product and business judgment; capable of executive conversations.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical AI strategy and architecture for the AI transformation program.
• Lead the Forward Deployed AI Engineering team and set standards.
• Drive build-vs-buy decisions and vendor assessments across the AI portfolio.
• Partner with Data Platform, Security, Legal, and IT on governance and compliance.
• Translate AI capabilities into business outcomes for executives and boards.
