GE Aerospace is seeking a Sr Director of AI & Data Operations to lead the interface between AI strategy, operations, and finance. You will drive executive rhythms, governance, scenario planning, and budget forecasting while coordinating cross-functional stakeholders across the enterprise.

The role requires experience guiding AI programs in a large, regulated industrial setting and a strong ability to communicate with senior leadership.

Competenze

Bachelor’s degree or higher with 10+ years of professional experience and minimum 7 years in Digital Technology Enterprise Business Operations.
5+ years in strategy, operations, program management, or chief-of-staff capacities, preferably at senior executive level.
Experience with budget management, requisition/procurement processes, and financial forecasting.

Mansioni

Own executive operating rhythms — CDAIO Direct, Daily Stand-up, MOR/WOR/All-Hands calls and staff meetings.
Define success metrics for CDAIO, track against Flight Deck Principles, coordinate Strategy and Operations alignment.
Lead governance, prioritization, and scaling of AI solutions across GE Aerospace and manage AI portfolio roadmaps.
Own weekly operating rhythm with Control Tower and AI Health Check program managers, set priorities and troubleshoot.
