Crowe seeks a technically skilled AI Developer on the AI Transformation team embedded with business experts. You will explore data, prototype solutions, and work with Microsoft Azure AI tools to inform decisions and shape scalable deployments.

Qualifications

1-2 years of software development experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
Proficiency in .NET, C#, SQL, Python and JavaScript.
Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Knowledge of AI/ML frameworks and tools.
Experience with testing and debugging applications.
Ability to document technical work clearly.

Responsibilities

Explore and evaluate early-stage data for model development.
Document findings and provide strategic recommendations to stakeholders.
Demonstrate viability of solutions through data exploration and lightweight POC.
Engage in ethical, risk, and security discussions.
Collaborate with team to derive realistic effort estimates.
Transition validated concepts to the AI Development team.
Coach teammates through code reviews and knowledge sharing.
