Wipaire, Inc. in Minnesota seeks an AI Business Transformation Analyst to design and implement AI-driven solutions that automate processes and improve efficiency across the organization. This role partners with leaders to expand Power BI reporting, enhance Epicor integrations, and ensure data governance.

The ideal candidate brings 1–3 years of AI/data analytics experience, strong problem-solving skills, and a collaborative mindset to drive measurable business improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, CS, Analytics, or related field.
• 1–3 years applying AI solutions, data analytics, BI, and process automation.
• Experience developing dashboards and data models in Power BI.
• Experience with Python or SQL for data analysis.
• Experience with ERP systems and integrations, Epicor Kinetic.
• Familiarity with APIs, data pipelines, and cloud-based AI platforms (Azure preferred).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Self-driven and collaborative.
• Manufacturing/industrial experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Educate stakeholders on AI principles and support AI strategies.
• Translate complex concepts into business recommendations for non-technical audiences.
• Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and reduce costs.
• Design, develop, and deploy AI-enabled solutions for measurable improvements.
• Analyze structured and unstructured data to generate insights and improve data quality.
• Improve data connectivity and integrations between Epicor, Salesforce, Power BI, Paylocity, and others.
• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and reporting tools monitoring KPIs and trends.
• Prioritize AI initiatives by impact, feasibility, cost, and timelines.
• Ensure data governance, security, and compliance in AI projects.
• Maintain documentation and business continuity for AI tools and processes.
• Stay current on emerging AI technologies and practical applications.
• Measure and communicate the business impact of AI initiatives.
