Job summary

Crowe is seeking a Technical Developer for the AI Transformation team to explore data, validate sources, and support prototyping of AI solutions. You will work with business experts to document findings, estimate effort, and ensure ethical and secure implementation.

In this role you will learn and apply Microsoft Azure AI components, participate in code reviews, and help transition concepts to the AI Development team for full-scale delivery.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of software development experience with a focus on Microsoft technologies and AI solutions.
• Proficiency in Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
• Knowledge of AI/ML frameworks and tools; ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Engage in data collection and exploration for model development.
• Document findings and provide strategic recommendations to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with AI Transformation team to develop lightweight Proof of Concept builds.
