Qualifications

• Strong experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot and AI productivity tools.
• Proven background delivering user training, workshops, or organizational technology adoption programs.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including reporting, data analysis, formulas, and pivot tables.
• Experience identifying and automating business processes through AI solutions.
• Knowledge of prompt engineering best practices and AI workflow design.
• Ability to create custom AI agents, reusable prompts, and standardized operating procedures.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Excellent facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into practical business applications.
• Experience supporting marketing, operations, reporting, or data-driven business functions is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI Copilot adoption and workflow enhancement initiatives.
• Design and deliver practical, workflow-focused AI training sessions for business users across departments.
• Identify opportunities to reduce manual processes and improve operational efficiency via AI solutions.
• Train teams on consolidating data from multiple sources, generating insights, and creating reports.
• Provide guidance on AI-assisted reporting for campaigns, surveys, and operational metrics.
• Develop training on Excel automation: formulas, data filtering, pivot tables, reporting automation.
• Educate users on Teams and Copilot capabilities: meeting summaries, action items, notes, follow-up tasks.
• Teach prompting techniques and context setting for AI outputs.
• Create reusable AI workflows, custom instructions, and AI agents for recurring processes.
• Partner with stakeholders to prioritize use cases and develop adoption strategies.
