Qualifications

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-up.
• Experience coordinating events, programs, or operations end-to-end.
• Comfort making many calls weekly to unfamiliar people.
• Daily use of AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT) in real work.

Responsibilities

• Run a 15-minute pre-training call with every trainee to set up for training day.
• Guide weekly in our public trainings: assist trainees hands-on while the trainer leads.
• Own the pre-training rhythm end to end: surveys, emails, sequencing, and NPS reporting.
• Handle training-day provisioning: meals and dietary needs matched to headcount.
• Keep trainings database, rosters, and attendee records accurate daily.
• Send reminders, chase rosters, and schedule follow-ups to avoid surprises.
