Responsibilities

• Train AI models by writing and answering questions in your native language related to your field.
• Evaluate and rank responses generated by AI systems.
• Use your domain expertise to assess the factuality and relevance of AI-produced text.

Qualifications

• An MD degree in any specialty from an accredited university
• Fluency in writing and speaking Spanish
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain consistency in writing in your native language, spotting errors or inconsistencies
• Great written and verbal communication skills in English

• Familiarity with AI and machine learning concepts

Payment

• Pay rates for core project work by Medical Doctor experts in LATAM range from $13 to $23 USD per hour, with exact amounts shown on projects after onboarding.
• Rates vary based on expertise, skills assessment, location, project need, and other factors. Higher rates may be offered to PhDs. For non-core work, lower rates may apply. Some projects offer incentives. Review payment terms for each project.
