Job summary

Prolific is seeking psychology-minded graduates to join as self-employed AI Trainers to help train and evaluate AI models. A quick 10–15 minute skills test may be required, and if successful you’ll join as a Domain Expert participant with pay per task and the potential to work from home.

Researchers paying up to £50/hr for one-hour tasks are common; you’ll complete paid tasks that may last an hour or less. If you join, you’ll enter a global pool of participants to contribute to AI development.

Qualifications

• Background in Psychology and ideally a degree in Psychology or a closely related field.
• Solid understanding of psychological theory, research methods, and human behaviour.
• Willingness to take our skills verification test to assess your suitability.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to concentrate on tasks up to one hour.
• Reliable internet connection and access to a computer.
• PayPal account to receive payment from clients.

Responsibilities

• Completing AI training tasks such as analyzing, editing, and writing psychology-related content.
• Judging the performance of AI on psychology, behavioural science, and human cognition prompts.
• Improving cutting-edge AI models using your understanding of psychological theory and human behaviour.
