Job summary

Prolific seeks Mental Health Professionals to train and evaluate AI models. You will review AI responses to psychology prompts, analyze and edit psychology-related content, and help improve models with your expertise.

The role is remote and offers flexible hours, with pay per task and the possibility to work from home. Qualified individuals will have an active license, strong psychology knowledge, and the ability to complete a short eligibility screener to join the Domain Expert pool.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid mental health professional license/registration in good standing.
• Solid understanding of psychological theory, research methods, and human behavior.
• Willingness to complete a brief screening to join the Domain Expert pool.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to focus on tasks for up to one hour.
• Self-employed status with a PayPal account for payments.

Responsibilities

• Review AI-generated responses to psychology-related prompts.
• Complete AI training tasks such as analyzing, editing, and writing psychology content.
• Improve AI models using understanding of psychology and human behavior.
• Compare model answers and justify the best response.
• Write improved exemplars, rationales, or feedback to guide learning.
