This is a remote role with flexible hours and compensation tied to AI task work. Applicants must hold a current license or registration, demonstrate psychology expertise, and be comfortable with self-employment earnings disclosure.

Qualifikationen

• Must hold a current license/registration as Mental Health Professional.
• Solid understanding of psychological theory, research methods, and human behaviour.
• Willingness to complete a short screener to join the Expert pool.
• Strong attention to detail with ability to focus on tasks for up to one hour.

• Complete AI training tasks: analyze, edit, and write psychology-related content.
• Improve AI models using knowledge of psychology and human behaviour.
• Compare model answers and justify the best response.
