Platform / Tech Stack
This is a customer‑facing position where you will lead the delivery of AI & ML solutions, and be hands‑on with AI coding assistants such as Claude Code and Cursor.
Compensation Expectation
$130,000 – 160,000
What You’ll Do as an AI Training Consultant
- Assess client engineering organizations to understand existing tech stacks, development workflows, and AI adoption readiness.
- Conduct interviews with developers, tech leads, and engineering managers to identify constraints, pain points, and high‑leverage opportunities.
- Design and deliver technical training materials tailored to client tools, environments, and security constraints.
- Lead hands‑on workshops introducing AI coding assistants (e.g., Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Codex) in real‑world development scenarios.
- Support internal client trainers and champions as they scale enablement across teams.
- Own client engagements end‑to‑end, including planning, execution, stakeholder alignment, and executive readouts.
- Track adoption metrics and behavioral signals to evaluate effectiveness and refine training approaches.
- Contribute reusable templates, playbooks, and methodologies to the firm’s AI Training practice.
Qualifications
- Hands‑on experience using AI coding assistants (Claude Code, Codex, GitHub Copilot, or similar) in real development work.
- Demonstrated experience creating technical training content, workshops, documentation, or curricula for developers.
- Technical credibility with software engineers, gained through an engineering background or sustained, close collaboration with development teams.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for technical audiences.
- Experience independently managing client or stakeholder relationships.
- Familiarity with enterprise software development workflows, including code review, testing, CI/CD pipelines, and version control systems.
Preferred Qualifications
- Consulting or professional services experience.
- Background in software engineering or development team leadership.
- Experience working within enterprise constraints such as security policies, compliance requirements, and legacy systems.
- Familiarity with multiple programming languages, particularly Java, Python, and C++.
