Job summary

Planet Pharma is hiring to leverage legal expertise in assessing AI-generated work and training AI systems for better regulatory reasoning. The role involves creating realistic scenarios, reviewing AI-generated memos and contracts, and providing detailed feedback on drafting and legal reasoning.

Applicants should have a JD/LLB or equivalent, bar admission is preferred, and 2+ years of legal experience across relevant areas. Familiarity with AI tools and LLMs is welcome.

• Experience in litigation, corporate & commercial law, M&A & transactions, compliance & regulatory affairs, employment law, IP, tax law, real estate, or legal operations.
• Strong legal drafting, research, and analytical skills.

Requirements:

• Experience in at least one of the following: (Litigation, Corporate & Commercial Law, M&A & Transactions, Compliance & Regulatory Affairs, Employment Law, Intellectual Property, Tax Law, Real Estate Law, Legal Operations)
• Strong legal drafting, research, and analytical skills

Preferred Backgrounds:

• JD, LLB, or equivalent law degree
• Bar admission (preferred but not required)
• Experience with legal research and drafting
• Experience reviewing contracts and advising on risk
• Familiarity with AI tools and large language models (LLMs)
