Planet Pharma is seeking an Electrical Engineer to review AI-generated circuit designs, calculations, and engineering analyses and to provide rigorous feedback. You will evaluate schematics, simulations, and component selections while developing grading criteria and acceptance tests.

The role focuses on identifying design risks and offering grounded technical recommendations within a global staffing framework.

Competenze

• 2+ years of professional experience in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Strong experience in at least one of: Analog & Mixed-Signal Design, RF & Wireless Systems, Power Electronics, Embedded Systems & Controls, Signal Processing, Electromagnetics & Antennas, Photonics & Optoelectronics, Electric Power & Energy Systems.

Use your engineering expertise to assess AI-generated circuit designs, calculations, simulations, control systems, power electronics, and technical analyses. You'll help train AI systems to reason more effectively about real engineering problems and design decisions.

Responsibilities

• Design realistic electrical engineering scenarios based on professional experience

• Review schematics, simulations, component selections, and technical recommendations
• Develop grading criteria, acceptance tests, and evaluation rubrics
• Identify engineering errors, incorrect assumptions, and design risks
• Provide detailed technical feedback grounded in engineering best practices

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional experience in Electrical or Electronics Engineering
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or a related field
• Strong experience in at least one of: (Analog & Mixed-Signal Design, RF & Wireless Systems, Power Electronics, Embedded Systems & Controls, Signal Processing, Electromagnetics & Antennas, Photonics & Optoelectronics, Electric Power & Energy Systems)
• Experience with circuit simulation and engineering analysis tools
• Strong understanding of circuit design, troubleshooting, and system-level tradeoffs

Preferred Backgrounds

• SPICE or equivalent circuit simulation tools
• PCB design and schematic capture tools
• MATLAB or Python for engineering analysis
• RF, control systems, or power electronics expertise
• Experience using AI/LLM tools
