Job Title: Advanced Chemist for AI Model Training

We are seeking an advanced chemist to join our team to assist in training AI models. Your role will involve measuring AI chatbot progress, evaluating their logic, and troubleshooting to enhance model quality.

Qualifications:

• Expert understanding of chemistry; a completed or in-progress Masters/PhD is preferred but not required.
• Related fields include, but are not limited to: Formulation Scientist, Development Chemist, Analytical Chemist, Chemical Engineer, Medicinal Chemist, Biochemist, Process Development Chemist.
• Fluency in English (native or bilingual level).
• Detail-oriented with proficiency in chemistry and reasoning skills.
