You'll join live video calls with other Mandarin speaking participants, chatting naturally about everyday topics while your conversation is used to help AI models better understand how people actually speak.

This is a genuinely interesting way to shape how AI understands human conversation, one call at a time - your natural way of speaking directly helps these models learn to communicate more like a real person.

This is a task based AI Training job that allows participants to choose their schedule and how much they work - there's no fixed schedule and no minimum hours requirement. Once you have joined the talent pool, you will be asked to complete a short assessment on your language skills. Passing this assessment also opens the door to similar paid projects in future. Researchers looking for these skills tend to pay up to $18/ hour.

What You’ll Bring
