Job summary

The role requires collaborating with users to elicit requirements, integrating LLMs into development workflows, and continuously learning new technologies in a dynamic mission-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 3 years of SWE experience in programs and contracts of similar scope, type and complexity.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline required.
• 4 years of additional SWE experience may substitute for a bachelor’s degree.
• Apply UI/UX design principles to tool and application development.
• Integrate LLMs into software development workflows to enhance coding efficiency and solution functionality.
• Rapidly learn and adopt new technologies as project needs evolve.
• Communicate effectively and collaborate to clarify requirements and solve technical challenges.
• Proficiency in Python or another modern object-oriented programming language.

Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality AI tools and applications for workforce adoption.
• Ensure high availability, reliability, performance, and security across AI tools.
• Modify and adapt FOSS to satisfy customer use cases.
• Engage directly with users to conduct requirements elicitation and deliver targeted solutions.
• Maintain existing customer-facing applications and infrastructure to guarantee reliable service.
