Job summary

Harvey is seeking a Technology Enablement Analyst to drive how internal teams adopt, integrate, and realize value from enterprise technology platforms. You will bridge BizTech and productivity, turning complex programs into clear enablement plans that teams can execute against.

You will own stakeholder alignment, rollout strategy, and ongoing iteration with product, engineering, customer success, and go-to-market teams to ensure documentation, training, and communications support behavior change

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technology-enabled program delivery or change management.
• Proven ability to lead change across multiple teams or functions.
• Experience translating complex tech concepts for non-technical audiences.
• Experience designing program documentation as a single source of truth.
• Strong stakeholder management across product, engineering, operations and GTM.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end enablement strategy for internal AI tooling and related workflows.
• Monitor adoption, usage and feedback; iterate on enablement plans and training content.
• Plan and execute change management activities to drive adoption and sustained usage.
• Build dashboards and reports providing leadership with tech health, utilization and ROI.
• Partner with BizTech teams to evaluate tools, drive integrations and smooth rollouts.
• Develop runbooks and training materials to support onboarding and change management.
