Job summary

Anthropic is seeking a Threat Intel Manager to build and lead the Model Exploitation & Fraud team within Threat Intelligence in San Francisco. You will set strategy, hire and guide investigators, and scale systems for fast, high-volume investigations across model distillation, unauthorized usage, and fraud networks.

You will engage with U.S. government partners and industry peers, ensuring clear governance, detection, and safety-by-design improvements.

Qualifications

• Led investigative, fraud, platform integrity, or threat intelligence teams.
• Fluent in scaled abuse and threat prioritization with expert investigators
• Proficient in SQL and Python to review data-heavy casework

Responsibilities

• Own strategy, priorities, and outcomes for the threat intel mission area.
• Hire, manage, and develop a team of technical investigators; set quality bars
• Coordinate with policy, enforcement, and engineering for product mitigations
• Lead external engagement with government partners and industry peers
• Define and report the team’s metrics to leadership
