Job summary

Electrosoft Services, LLC is seeking a Director of Technology & Innovation in Reston, VA. You will lead AI and software innovation, shaping strategy and driving AI-enabled solutions for federal customers.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in technology innovation, cybersecurity, software engineering, or related disciplines.
  • Strong understanding of AI technologies, software development, systems integration, cloud platforms, and modern architectures.
  • Experience supporting an operational cybersecurity environment in technical capacity (SOC, cyber defense, incident response, etc.).
  • Hands-on programming experience in Python, C#, Java, or JavaScript.

Responsibilities

  • Lead AI-enabled innovation initiatives and roadmaps for the organization.
  • Engage customers and partners, presenting technical discriminators and demonstrations.
  • Oversee software modernization, integration with enterprise apps, and secure AI adoption.
  • Create IP, accelerators, and proprietary tools to differentiate in the federal market.
  • Collaborate with executives to translate strategic vision into actionable programs.
