Responsibilities

• Find and translate interesting technical stories from Rippling’s product and AI work into external content.
• Collaborate with engineers, product leads, and researchers to identify what is novel and impressive.
• Write blog posts, LinkedIn, X posts, explainers, launches, and executive content in the company voice.
• Partner with Product Marketing to ensure a consistent external narrative around Rippling’s work.
• Maintain an editorial pipeline by surfacing ideas and selecting appropriate channels.
• Prepare leadership for podcasts, speaking engagements, and interviews.
• Ensure accuracy and credibility of content with engineers and technical leaders before publication.
