Job summary

MACHINE LEARNING TECHNOLOGIES LLC in Hartford, CT seeks an AI Technical Project Manager to lead the development and delivery of AI solutions using Agentic AI, AWS Bedrock, Python, LangChain, LangGraph and Conversational AI.

The ideal candidate will manage cross-functional teams, plan timelines and budgets, monitor risks, ensure security and performance, and provide regular updates to stakeholders throughout production deployments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 8–12 years of IT experience including technical project management.
• Experience delivering AI/ML or Generative AI projects preferred.
• AWS and PMP/Agile certifications are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage AI projects from requirement gathering to production deployment.
• Plan project timelines, resources, deliverables, and budgets.
• Lead AI developers, cloud engineers, and other technical teams.
• Oversee the development of AI agents and Conversational AI applications.
• Manage solutions built using AWS Bedrock, Python, LangChain, and LangGraph.
• Coordinate the development of LLM-based applications and RAG solutions.
• Monitor project progress, risks, issues, and delivery quality.
• Work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Ensure AI solutions meet security, performance, scalability, and quality requirements.
• Provide regular project updates to management and stakeholders.
