Robotic Technologies Automation in Hartford, CT is seeking an AI Technical Project Manager to lead the development and delivery of AI solutions using Agentic AI, AWS Bedrock, Python, LangChain, LangGraph, and Conversational AI. The role requires strong technical knowledge, PM skills, and experience guiding cross-functional teams.

You will manage AI projects from conception to production, ensure security and scalability, coordinate with business stakeholders, and report progress to leadership.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years in IT with technical PM experience.
• Experience delivering AI/ML or Generative AI projects.
• Strong Agile/Scrum background.
• AWS and PMP/Agile certs are a plus.
• Experience moving AI apps from PoC to production.
• Security and governance in enterprise AI.

Responsabilités

• Manage AI projects from requirements to production deployment.
• Plan project timelines, resources, deliverables, and budgets.
• Lead AI developers, cloud engineers, and technical teams.
• Oversee development of AI agents and Conversational AI applications.
• Manage solutions using AWS Bedrock, Python, LangChain, and LangGraph.
• Coordinate development of LLM-based applications and RAG solutions.
• Monitor progress, risks, issues, delivery quality.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Ensure AI solutions meet security, performance, scalability, and quality requirements.
• Provide regular project updates to management and stakeholders.
