Qualifications
- 10+ years of engineering experience including 5+ in senior management
- 3+ years as Technical Director/CTO/Director of Engineering
- Proven leadership with 35+ engineers managed
- Experience creating a tech strategy for a large software product
- Proven AI-powered initiatives from idea to production
- Experience integrating AI into workflows and pipelines
- Strong understanding of modern AI tech including LLMs and AI agents
- Hands-on software engineering in large mobile products
Responsibilities
- Build a strong team through hiring, coaching and mentoring
- Define and drive the mobile game tech roadmap with AI-driven strategy
- Identify and deliver high-impact AI initiatives to improve productivity
- Take AI solutions from experimentation to production at scale
- Ensure engineering excellence and drive efficiency improvements
- Partner with Game Producers and divisions to align AI initiatives
